Now doth the wind roar through the willow leaves,
And blinding sun heats surface with white light
As clouds give way to reveal the endless blue.
The heart and mind are silent for the Soul
Hitting the full stretch of its wings, to fly
And return to its home above the clouds.

How carefree leaves shake along bursts of wind
Is how ’twas witnessed by ancient poets.
I once thought of yesterday, tomorrow.
But now, what I breathe, is the same one Life.
The eternal: the perpetual Today.
